Kuntur Transportadora de Gas will begin construction on $1.4 billion, 700-mile natural gas pipeline in Peru in 2010, the Financial Times reports.
Kuntur, a subsidiary of U.S. private equity firm Conduit Capital, which focuses on infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean, says construction will take up to three years.
