Citadel Investment Group has hired Timothy Bryan Wilkinson, John Alexander Goodridge and Alex Maddox as senior staffers joining its global fixed income business. Wilkinson and Goodridge join the proprietary trading group from Lehman Brothers.
Ex-Lehman Brothers head of fixed income proprietary trading Alex Maddox comes aboard as head of securitized products in Europe. The new hires will report to head of global fixed income and ceo of Citadel Europe Patrik Edsparr.
Before Lehman, Wilkinson was a European bond option and short swaption market maker at Merrill Lynch. Goodridge joined Lehman from Shooter
Fund Management where he was a senior fund manager. Maddox spent 14 years at Lehman, before which he was a director and head of credit derivatives trading at Greenwich Natwest.
